10 Orthodox Women on Instagram You Need to Follow
Written by Claire Zeitler
There’s no shortage of content online, but finding voices that feel both aligned and worth your time is something else entirely. Within the Orthodox world, Instagram has quietly become a place where people share not just polished moments, but real glimpses into daily life—homes, routines, style, family, and the small details that make it all work.
This list brings together 10 Orthodox Instagrammers, each offering something different. Some are practical, some are aspirational, and some are simply enjoyable to follow. All of them, in their own way, reflect a version of Jewish life that feels current, lived-in, and worth paying attention to.
1. IsraeliArmyWife
Starting off strong with a woman I know and respect. Matana Horowitz is @israeliarmywife. Her Instagram page is relatively new, but she gives a real look into what it takes to be a miluim wife. About to give birth to her second child while her husband is in Lebanon, she takes you through her daily life, from what her toddler eats to how she gets work done with her clients. She is a true inspiration on so many levels, but the levels of respect go even higher when she reveals that she and her husband are Charedi and her husband is serving in the IDF. This powerhouse of a woman deserves all your follow and may her husband and the rest of Klal Yisrael, wherever they may be, be safe.
2. Chana Leah Bleznick
Another powerhouse woman came onto the Instagram scene not all that long ago. I wasn’t searching for her but I’m sure glad I found her! Chana Leah labels herself as “Your curvy modest friend,” but she’s so much more than the tznius plus-size clothes she gives us coupons for. She talks about a myriad of topics, including how she utilizes the Al-Anon meetings. She really is that sweet girl next door, always with a kind word and heart emoji when you need one.
3. Shaina Knobel
Shaina Knobel is the hairstylist to the most beautiful women in the US, and she’s also a lot of fun to be around. Her content is everything hair with some lifestyle laughs thrown in for fun. Definitely worth a follow for the hair inspo alone.
4. Malky Knopfler
Malky and I go way back, as far back as 2007/8 I believe! Every time I see her on my screen, I can’t help but smile. She brings good food to the table along with the laughs- nothing else we could ask for! So proud to know you, Malky!
5. Sarit Shaer
The person I get asked most about in my life is Sarit Shaer! She single-handedly changed my life for the better, using self-love as the foundation for everything, and now she’s on Instagram dropping her sparks of wisdom for the world. Check it out!
6. Shoshana Frankel
Also, a newcomer on the scene but an absolute riot to watch! Shoshana the Panamanian and her Swiss financial Advisor husband are so much fun to watch, you feel like you know them and have been invited into their home to see how well they brave the differences of culture, in style!
7. Elisheva Guitta
Want to get down to business and grow your brand? TheShevyMethod has got you covered. Some days, I feel like Shevy is the only source on social media to follow regarding trends and industry updates. She tells you like it is, with a kind word and a smile on her face. Another good woman to trust.
8. Sara & Tal
Sara & Tal take you on an adventure with every new episode of “Causeway Confessions”! Their brand is young, lighthearted, but real to the max. They ask questions that make you think, but in such a laid-back way, you can imagine yourself having these conversations with your best friend.
9. Goza Designs
You wanna talk about inspiration? There’s nothing like the work that Michal Rakovsky does over at Goza Designs. She garnered inspiration from the colorful tapestries in Italian shuls and translated it for the modern day. If anyone wants to buy me a gift… You now know what I love!
10. Claire Zeitler
K, it’s me. Shrug. Did you know that apart from this magazine, I own The Pemberley Group? Founded in 2017 in Dubai The Pemberley Group started as a magazine just like this one but a slightly different audience. It quickly evolved into PR and events for the people I interviewed. It then evolved even more when I added Atelier Blumenthal to the mix and then Pemberley Maison, etc. It’s taken off now to include so many companies but all under the roof of Pemberley.
I also share my story of adoption, bullying, divorce, infertility, my father's passing, that led me to a 10-year identity crisis, living with Arabs, to the greatest Teshuva comeback story ever! And yes, I am available for speaking engagements. Did I mention I’ve got a book coming out, as well?
