2. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes.

3. Cool and refrigerate.

Ingredients

Crust

 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

 3 tablespoons melted butter

Filling

 16 ounces cream cheese

 ½ cup sugar

 2 eggs

 1 teaspoon vanilla

 ½ cup sour cream

Fruit pie filling of your choice

Instructions

1. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners.

2. Combine crust ingredients and press into liners.
